Q: How fast can I get my prints from the self-serve kiosks?
A: Depending on size and quantity of your prints, they are generally available while you wait.
Q: Are the self-service kiosks difficult to use?
A: The kiosks are very easy to use, but should you have any problems, we can walk you through the process from beginning to end.
Q: What kind of media should I bring?
A: We can handle almost any type of media including CDs, pen drives, and most varieties of camera memory cards.
Q: Can you print from phones or tablets?
A: At present, unless you have a removable memory card, pictures from phones and tablets must be mailed to us for printing.
Q: What is the turnaround time for film processing?
A: Because of the reduced processing volume, it takes seven to ten business days for color processing and ten days to two weeks for black and white and odd sized film.
Q: What is the turnaround time for video transfers?
A: Video transfers are done locally through us by Rush Hour Photo. Typically they can be done in two or three days depending on the volume you have.
Q: What is the turnaround time for film transfers?
A: Film transfers are done by Pacific Imaging and are picked up on a two-week rotation. Usually they will be done in about two weeks depending on volume.
Q: If I am emailing photos, what resolution should I use?
A: Depending on what size print you want, you should send the highest resolution you browser will allow. Many browsers will automatically downsize pictures for mailing. You should disable that feature if possible for best quality prints.
Q: Can I scan my own photos to digital format?
A: Our kiosks are both equipped with scanners, so you can scan your own for copies, CDs, or enlargements.
Q: How large a print can you make?
A: We can print up to 24” by 96”

A: Passports can normally done in about 10 Minutes with no appointment necessary

A: We have an extensive list of passport and visa sizes. If you have the required dimensions, we can produce the correct picture for you.
